At Marlocap, getting your order to you smoothly and on time is something we take seriously. The information below explains how we prepare, ship, and deliver every order so you always know what to expect.

Where We Ship

Orders are shipped exclusively within the United States. We do not currently offer international delivery, and any order submitted with an address outside the U.S. cannot be fulfilled.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Once your order is placed, it moves through preparation and then transit. The table below breaks down each stage and the overall delivery window.

A few things worth noting:

  • Any order received after the daily cut-off begins processing on the following business day.
  • Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.
  • During holiday periods and busier shopping seasons, timelines may run slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is on us — every product ships completely free, with no minimum order value and no fees added at checkout.

Our Carriers

To get your parcel to you, we rely on established, dependable delivery partners, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier assigned to your shipment depends on the dispatching warehouse and the requirements of your order.

Tracking Your Order

Every order comes with tracking. Within 24 hours of your parcel being dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number, letting you follow its progress in real time all the way to your door.

Fulfillment & Warehouse

To keep delivery fast and reliable, all orders are picked, packed, and dispatched directly from our fulfillment center before making their way to customers across the United States.

Sales Tax & Duties

Where applicable, sales tax is automatically calculated and shown during checkout. Since all deliveries remain within the United States, customers should not expect any additional customs duties.

Delivery Addresses

We deliver to physical street addresses within the United States only. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Delays & Missing Orders

All delivery windows are estimates and can occasionally be influenced by factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Carrier-side delays
  • High demand during peak seasons
  • Wider logistics disruptions

If your order hasn't arrived, we kindly ask that you allow up to 15 days from the dispatch date before reporting it as missing.

Damaged, Lost, or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or doesn't show up at all, please reach out within 7 days of the delivery date. Send us your order number along with any photos or video where relevant, and our team will review your case and work with you toward a suitable resolution.

Returned & Undeliverable Packages

From time to time, a parcel is sent back to us — most often because of an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or no one being available to accept it. As soon as a returned package reaches us, we'll get in touch to arrange the next steps.
