Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our headwear, choose your item, add it to your cart, and head to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details, then confirm your order — you'll receive a confirmation email straight away.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. As long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund. Email support@marlocap.com with your order number.
I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's still not there, contact us and we'll confirm your order status.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and major cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, and UnionPay. All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD $).
Can I pay in installments?
Yes — you can split eligible purchases into payments with Klarna, where available. The terms are shown at checkout before you confirm.
Is checkout secure?
Absolutely. All transactions run through secure, encrypted payment gateways, and we never store your full card details.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only, to physical street addresses. Unfortunately, we're unable to ship internationally or to PO Boxes.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days, then take 3–5 business days in transit — roughly 4–7 business days in total. Orders placed before our 2:00 PM (EST) cut-off begin processing the same business day.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number within 24 hours so you can follow its progress all the way to your door.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery, and return shipping is free — with no restocking fees. Every item is eligible, as long as it comes back unused and in its original condition.
How do I start a return?
Contact our support team to request your return. Once it's approved, we'll email you a free prepaid return label along with simple instructions.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a further 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or video. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — including any shipping costs — at no cost to you.
Products
How do I choose the right size?
Check the sizing details on each product page. Fitted caps come in set sizes, snapbacks and most caps are adjustable, and beanies are typically one-size with a comfortable stretch. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll help you find the right fit.
Will an item be restocked?
If something is out of stock, get in touch and we'll let you know whether and when it's expected back.
