At Marlocap, your satisfaction comes first. If you're not completely happy with your order, our return process is simple — and returns are always free.

1. Return Window

You may return your order within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Free Returns, No Hidden Fees

We keep returns easy and cost-free:

  • Return shipping is completely free — we provide a prepaid return label.
  • There are no restocking fees.
  • There are no "final sale" items — every product is eligible for return, subject to the condition requirements below.

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, your item simply needs to come back to us unused and in its original condition, with any tags and original packaging intact.

We may be unable to accept a return, or may adjust the refund accordingly, if an item is:

  • Returned with damage caused after delivery — for example, through customer handling or use.
  • Clearly used, showing visible signs of wear, marks, or damage.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team to request your return — please wait for approval before sending anything back.
  2. We'll email you a free prepaid return shipping label along with simple instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off with the carrier.

5. Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • We process refunds within 2 business days of inspecting your return.
  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a further 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

6. Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style? The quickest option is to return your item for a free refund and place a new order. If you'd prefer a direct exchange, just let us know and we'll help arrange one, subject to availability.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or video. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — including any shipping costs — at no cost to you.

8. Order Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. As long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund.
